Meet the Torticity Leadership Team

Steve Ednie is Chief Operating Officer at Torticity. Steve is an experienced financial executive with an extensive background in domestic and international accounting and tax matters. Operationally focused with an inherent ability to move initiatives forward, Steve is at the helm of all Operations at Torticity.

Prior to joining Torticity, Steve served as Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Pendrell. Prior to Pendrell, Steve was Chief Accounting Officer of Clearwire from October 2010 to April 2014, and Vice President-Tax and Chief Tax Officer from 2004 to April 2014. Steve began his professional career at Coopers & Lybrand, LLP, an accounting firm, where he was a Senior Associate.

Steve graduated from the University of Washington and has strong ties to the area. He splits his time between Boca Raton and Seattle, where his wife and three daughters reside.
