Shane Blain is Chief Executive Officer at Torticity. Shane’s unique ability to identify rising businesses and effectively develop innovative concepts into fully integrated, relevant solutions is at the core of his success as a leader. Over the course of his career, Shane has accrued comprehensive experience affecting change and building large scale business operations.

Prior to being part of the initial leadership team at Torticity, Shane was at Bankrate for over fifteen years where he built, scaled and successfully led all of Operations for the Bankrate.com division. Shane was also part of the leadership team responsible for $1.4B acquisition of Bankrate to Red Ventures.

As Chief Business Operations Officer, Shane oversaw the teams that ran many of the core functions of Business Operations at Bankrate - Rate Table Operations, Quality Control and Compliance, Customer Service, Sales, GM of Mortgage and Bankrate Print. Shane was also instrumental in several acquisitions and product advancements over the years that helped Bankrate continue to iterate and revolutionize the consumer experience.

Originally from West Virginia, Shane now lives in the Palm Beach area and can often be found spending time with his daughters. Shane has a dual Bachelors in Business Management & Healthcare Management from Marshall University.
