A graduate of Nova Southeastern University’s H. Wayne Huizenga College of Business and Entrepreneurship, Joreda earned a degree in Management and Leadership. Early in her career, she co-founded a project management software company, laying the groundwork for her entrepreneurial journey. She later transitioned into international business consulting, where she successfully led a long-term arbitration between a German holding company and its U.S. subsidiary.

At Torticity, one of the legal industry’s fastest-growing litigation technology companies, Joreda has been instrumental in shaping the company’s success. As Chief of Staff, she spearheaded key organizational initiatives, business development, and productization efforts. Her exceptional business acumen and leadership led to her appointment to Chief Operating Officer, where she continues to advance Torticity's mission with vision and purpose. As a multi-lingual leader, Joreda brings a distinct perspective and adds meaningful value across the organization.
